selecting samples based on set increments

I am trying to select rows in my table based on a set increment. Using this table, I would like Alteryx to place an indicator next to each row every 10M (the indicator would be next to the row that goes over 10M, 20M, 30M, 40M, etc.) I have attached the data and the records i would expect to have the indicator next to if that helps.
