selecting columns

Hi there, 

I have two Excel files and I want to select columns from file1 by using file2.  In File 1 I have 9 columns. 

IN file2 we have column Data. Now I want to select columns from file 1 by using file 2 column -Data.

can you please help me with that?

For mutilple Columns data, I always think of Transpose and Cross Tab.
