question about dynamic rename

Hello, I have a question about dynamic rename and hope someone can help me out. I want to use the take fields name from first row of data, however when I choose this option it still let me use F1, F2 etc. as my field name now my first row contents. So what is the problem and how can I fix it? thanks.

I am not 100% this is what you mean but...

 

I think the tool is asking you which columns you want it to rename. It will take the names from the first row of the data and apply to any with a tick in List box.
