percentage formatting and hide blank columns dynamically

I have an output that has rows with amounts and rows with %.

How do I show the percentage sign with the % of payroll rows?

Also, I have data for each month of the year.  How do I dynamically hide the columns that are blank....yet will appear when there is values?
