Hello, 

I am writing out my data into a excel sheet. how do I colour the sheet lable (sheet name) in excel through alteryx? 

I also would like my table I am writing out to look like a table with colored rows and colored header, how can I fix that?

Interesting question never thought about coloring sheet name🤔

For your 2nd concern use a Table tool and output it with render. It sets you a table color.
