join component problem: The same data on the left and right cannot be joined.

Hi guys!

I found it's weird that the same data on the left and right cannot be joined. 

I check the left data and right data in EXCEL, they are matched, but they would not be joined in Alteryx.

And I've checked there is no leading and trailing spaces. If I remove tabs, newlines, and repeated spaces, they join less. 

What's the problem?

Without seeing your data, it would be hard for us to diagnose what the issue is. Please post a sample so we can address it better, ideally with your workflow so we can see your configuration.
