Hi @yuanlu ,

Yes, users can run server workflows via the gallery if they have been granted access. Talk to your server admin and they can set up security to allow a given user or users to access a certain collection of workflows, these can then be accessed via a web portal, or you can trigger these via the Server Gallery API.

• Allow user to run pre-configured workflow via web interface at anytime
• schedule the workflow for automatic running.
