filter the max values

hello , i m new here and this is my first post so i have a tabe of player and number of goals for each player so i need to filter and have just a table with the players with max number of goals 

Alan Dzagoev	3
Andrea Pirlo	1
Andriy Shevchenko	2
Andy Carroll	3

and i want to have this 

Alan Dzagoev	3
Andy Carroll	3
