fetching records based on repeated ID column

Could someone help me with a hint on how to get the data in below format:

Input:

Text	ID
A	0
B	1
C	2
P	0
Q	1
R	2
X	0
Y	1
Z	2

Expected Output:

ID	Col 1	Col 2	Col 3
0	A	P	X
1	B	Q	Y
2	C	R	Z

You could use mutlirow formula to assign a column number and then crosstab (group by ID, Col as Header, Text as Value)
