calculate subtraction between 2 date format

I have two fields in date format and I wanted to calculate in days but tried various options could not succeed as below.

Open Date.                                Close Date.                                 Days?

1/22/2016 10:12:00 AM .         2/24/2016 11:12:00 AM                   ?
