YTD Calculation dynamically for as the last month values

Hi Team,

Appreciate the favor, in advance.

The input looks like the attached excel file: Input.

I want to calculate YTD which is Jul 2018 data -15,000.

The output looks like the attached excel file: Output.

The challenge is: the YTD keeps changing every month. It is the last month data I receive. How do I change it dynamically as the data keeps coming in.Also, whenever the year changes, it needs to change automatically to YTD 2019(For e.g.)
