XML metadata Extraction

I want to extract metadata similar to  Xlsx attached format. I have already extracted metadata for few columns but didnt got the desired output,  Please help me

 

and I also want to create a macro here so when ever the new XML files are added with new additional tools(for example multirow, Dynamic, directory tools) these tools transformations should be added dynamically. Please help me how can I do this.
