Workflow scheduled to run once is being executed multiple times by "Local User"

Hi!

I created a workflow scheduled to run only once a month but from its first scheduled run, result says it's been run multiple times by “Local User”.

Can you kindly help me find out why?

The scheduled job that calls the Table Refresh workflow has run only once.

No one is running it manually. Earlier today, it got executed multiple times again.

The Copy Query workflow is the one that's scheduled. Table Refresh is just being called by another workflow connected to the Copy Query.

Hi @leannedayao,

based on the Job Result grid I would say these were not scheduled executions, but manual starts - so like clicking on the run button.

When it is the scheduled execution you will find the type "Scheduled" in this list.

"Local User" simply points out who the Run As user is - so which windows account (not gallery user) is executing the workflow. When you don't specify a user it is "Local User".
