I accidentally put in the wrong email when trying to get licensing for Alteryx. I got this email from SheerID. What can I do so I can sign up?
"I'm sorry to hear that you’ve encountered difficulties with your verification, and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Our records show that you are now verified for the offer on May 22, 2025, under this email address:
Willliam.m.dwyer@uconn.edu instead of
william.m.dwyer@uconn.edu. It appears that there was a typographical error upon submitting your verification request.
At this time, Alteryx only allows one approval per 335 days. This means that a new verification request cannot be submitted, even if the email address is different, and submitting a new request would not be processed since you have been recently verified.
I understand that you would like the offer to be under your preferred email address/account; however, due to restrictions, SheerID cannot change the information provided on the request form. As a third-party verification company, SheerID assists with the online verification process only, and we do not have access to account-specific information or the Alteryx system.
Since this pertains to the account and redemption process, please contact Alteryx directly for assistance. They are more than capable of applying the offer to your preferred email address/account.
Please provide the following information about your verified request to Alteryx to speed up the process:
- Verified email address: Willliam.m.dwyer@uconn.edu
- Request ID: 682f389b02d0840a48aada46
- Date Verified: May 22, 2025
