Using constant in output tool presql statement

Is it possible / any workaround to pass an Alteryx workflow constant to pre sql statement .

For example I want to pass the "Date" parameter into the SQL statement

You can put the output data in a batch macro and feed in your value via the control parameter - you can then use an action tool to update the pre-sql part of the output data.

The attached is a base outline of how to do it. This is is a boiler plate version which you'll have to adapt to your needs - but the idea works for your needs.
