Using INDBC File to Query a Database With A Queue Requirement

How do I create an INDBC file that uses ODBC configuration (instead of DSN) and includes a queue parameter?

I am connecting to a Hive database that requires the use of a queue. I need to be able to schedule this workflow to a Server instance, so it has to use an INDBC file instead of the typical user-based in-DB connection. I am able to set the queue parameter within the ODBC driver configuration on desktop for the user-based connection, but I am wondering if that's possible to add to the INDBC file and what the syntax would be. I do not have admin rights to modify the driver configuration on the Server machine. I already have the INDBC file configured to use an OBDC connection instead of DSN, I just need to know how to add the queue name into the process.
