Update quantity field

I have a pre-determined list of SKU numbers and qty and I want to override this quantity based on another file. The override data is on an excel worksheet by SKU and quantity. What is the best way to update this quantity field without creating a new column? Will the Multi-Row Formula tool work?

The Join tool is your best bet! Link on the SKU and deselect the old quantity in favor of the new quantity in the same tool
