Update Tool not performing Update

I am trying to use an Update Tool to update a string with a previous text box string. Somehow though it does not update anything. 

Anyone has a suggestion as to what might be wrong?

@Alex_A,

 

This post is in "connect", but really is a "designer" question. ( @LeahK @JessicaS ).  The configuration that you have for the action needs to be updated to change the DATA.  If you make the recommended update pictured below, I think that you'll be happy with the results.
