Unique Random Sample Selection Based on Criteria

I have same question or exact same requirement. But unable to use the workflow due to version issue. On opening wht workflow it says both the macros with workflow are missing.

I am currently using 2011.4.2 version.

@sachinsg to check are you actually using v2011.4.2?

but high level I would use the summarise tool group by fund and count number of data, and then use a formula tool to calulate the number you would need.

then you would need to create a batch macro being upadted with each fund and running the random sample and updating the number being selected

ok as that is 13 years old, so alot of solutions built by other might not wrok for you and highlevel solution might be the only possible thing
