Uninstalling Alteryx pop up Browse For Folder popup Window

Question

I am having trouble uninstalling Alteryx (2018.4 x64).  I tried to uninstall through control panel just like suggested in this post.

I get a browse for folder pop up.  When I tried to pass in the folder where the installer resides, it doesn't take it.  If I cancel, I get an error message for source file setupnet45_x64.

I am running on Windows server 2016.

It seems that I had .Net Framework is missing and I was able to uninstall after installing the latest .Net Framework.
