Unable to lock macro workflow

Hi all,

Due to certain requirement, we need to lock certain part of the workflow. We understand that Alteryx can lock macro workflow via passkey and serial number. 

We followed the link attached but it seems like we do not have the passkey function in our alteryx (screenshot attached as below).

Hence we tried to use the serial number method (32 alphanumeric with dash), but it doesnt work as well. 

We tried the cmd method, it shows me the following error.

Incorrect # of parameters of /Lock

Any workaround for this particular issue?

I am not sure what you mean by passkey - this is not an option that I am aware of unless you may be utilizing Server.

The serial number of a machine can be found by going to Help > About, and it is typically an email address (not the license key which is what I am assuming you are trying)
