I was having issues with version 2024.2 leading me to download 2025.1. I'm currently able to open workflows without issue, however they cannot be run due to a disconnection to my Excel file Input Data. When I click on "Set Up a Connection", I'm met with an "Unhandled Exception occurred" error, click OK, then met with a blank Data Connection window. I did not adjust any settings from the last time I successfully used Alteryx about 1 month ago, so I'm not sure what could be driving this issue. Submitted a request but looking to resolve as quickly as possible to avoid missing deadlines. To be clear, the only connection I need is to Excel Files saved within my organization's Sharepoint/shared documents (typically use Windows' File Explorer to re-establish the connection).
@tcurrie just try deleting input tool and using a new tool to connect to the data.
Thanks for the response but unfortunately did not solve it. Still receiving the same error when attempting to set up a connection to the new Input Data tool.
