Two identical nested IIF statement but one is invalid?

So I have two age fields that I want to make a bucket field for. My Month End Age Bucket field works perfectly. I copied it EXACTLY and changed it to Process Date Age and now I'm getting an error on the >=3 part. Nothing I have done will solve it. I tried manually writing it all out again. I've tried adding and removing parenthesis. All of it. If I replace the name with Month End Age it works totally fine. Am I going crazy?

I figured it out. My process date age wasn't a number type.

Make sure Process Date Age is numeric datatype and please share snapshot of the error.
