Trying to append a input which has value one in input and doesn' have the values in other

 i'm trying to append one input with other input. But I'm getting the output

Use the Append Tool, then Formula Tool to swap values, then Select Tool to deselect Source fields.

Hey @Ronal_bal, Think your confusing the join and union. The union will put one data set on top of the other, the join will combine left to right like in your desired output.
