Trouble installing Alteryx Designer

My organization recently acquired Alteryx. I upgraded to version 2020.4 when it came out. However, my organization installed version 2020.3 to the Alteryx Server so I need to downgrade to the 2020.3 nonadmin version. 

I uninstalled 2020.4 and downloaded the 2020.3 executable. However, I get an error when I try to install Alteryx. The installer fails and says "User cancelled installation." I did not hit any buttons or cancel the installation. I've tried multiple times and continue to get this message. Does anyone know how to resolve this and install Alteryx?

Send them an email and be sure to include the full version numbers along with information about your machine and other installation info.
