My organization recently acquired Alteryx. I upgraded to version 2020.4 when it came out. However, my organization installed version 2020.3 to the Alteryx Server so I need to downgrade to the 2020.3 nonadmin version.
I uninstalled 2020.4 and downloaded the 2020.3 executable. However, I get an error when I try to install Alteryx. The installer fails and says "User cancelled installation." I did not hit any buttons or cancel the installation. I've tried multiple times and continue to get this message. Does anyone know how to resolve this and install Alteryx?
