Transpose of Data

Hi All, I am trying to transpose attached input file_1 to columns but everything is getting displayed in one column. I need the data in below summary format and only selected columns.

For this kind of Problem you often need a Summarize and Text to Column Tool as well.

Also you might want to check out the "Total Transpose" Macro - I like to use this for such problems.
