Tracing who has run a workflow

Hi

I work on a team of several people. We are adopting Alteryx as one of our main tools and will run workflows in order to automate some of our monthly reports. We will all have our own licenses. We will be rolling over the workflow each month.

Is there a way of seeing which user runs the workflow each month?

This is one approach where you can pull the local username of the individual running for a workflow: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Knowledge-Base/Include-Username-in-Workflow/ta-p/526963

If you have Alteryx Server there are some pretty extensive logging capabilities which wouldn't require you to go through those steps above for every workflow.
