Time Series Tab missing in Designer 2021.2

One of my colleagues has upgraded to the latest Designer 2021.2.2.45235, but he cannot see the R Time Series Tab. We tried the Add/Remove Tools button, but it just isn't there. We tried searching time series in the search box but no luck.

How do we get it?

Did he install Predictive tools ? There is a different installer for those ones.

Do you have the predictive tool installed as this is typicvally an additonal step after update if you do not select as part of the setup?
