Tier Calculation

hoping someone can help me. I am trying to calculate fee on tier basis. Let say total claimed was $1,128,700. I have to breakdown total claimed in tier level to calculate fees (highlighted). Below is the excel sample. My challenge is breakdown total claimed based on Tier level.

I suggest:

I added a record id to track each row through computation

Use an append fields to join the tiers to the input levels

Filter when Input is below the From for a tier

The formula can then compute the fee

Finally summarise totals
