The Outlook 365 Input tool: how to only process specific Emails with attachments?

Hi all,

Our company only recently allowed the Outlook 365 input tool, so I was wondering if it is possible for this tool to only look at certain Emails by looking at certain variables (specific sender, a specific Subject description or attachment name). As far as I can derive from  Outlook 365 Input Tool
it is only possible to look at all mails and attachments, but I could be mistaken?

Or does the "search query for selected folder..." function need to be set up for that and if so, how?
