The Designer x64 reported: Error opening translation database file:/C:/Program Files/Alter

Hi

 

I reinstalled Alteryx and suddenly got this error:

 

The Designer x64 reported: Error opening translation database file:/C:/Program Files/Alteryx/bin/Messages/Glot.dat?immutable=1:unable to open database file.

 

Any idea how to fix this?

i checked the folder and i don't see any Glot.dat file.

@jillv ,  please try performing a complete uninstall and reinstall.  see article below.
