Text Mining PDF Tool

I am getting an "Unknown Fatal Error" when trying to use the PDF Tool from Text Mining.   Has anyone had this issue?

Hi @SKeane 

 

Can you package up the WF and send it across? No worries about including input data, I have plenty of PDF's I can use my end.

Attached is the WF.  The tool won't even work for me.
