Temporary Excel output from render tool has hundreds of completely blank columns between

Question

I am having issues with the temporary excel output generated by the render tool. when I open the document I get this warning "We found a problem with some content , do you want us to try to recover as much as we can? If you trust the source of this workbook, click yes". After I click yes and open the file I get this error message "

Removed Records: Cell information from /xl/worksheets/sheet1.xml part". The file has a massive amount of totally blank columns that split the output in half, and it is also not generating anything for variables which should be found at the end. Anyone know what might be causing this problem?

change this option to each group of records and mark this column that you grouped in the table tool and select it in section name.

Not sure what a sample configuration would look like, I am not able to share the full workflow due to confidentially. I have attached some images. How would one configure the file name substitution and sheet breaks? As you can see in the basic table setup, there are over 500 variables, I didn't think that would be an issue but now I am not sure. Thanks

You haven't attached any sample configuration, but you may have misconfigured file name substitution and sheet breaks.
