I downloaded Alteryx as free trial a month ago and I have just get a license for Alteryx ADAPT so i need to change my mail on the Alteryx while open it. I was  unable to use it with new email. I need to change the email to the new email where Licenses was sent to.

Go to options> manage licenses from the designer and there is an extra step to click the gear icon at the top right of the interface.

Then you can input your email in the User Serial Number field.
