Take only first table as input from an excel sheet with multiple tables

I have an input excel sheet in the form:

report 1

table1

report 2

table 2

how can I take the data above report 2 and ignore the rest. The no. of rows in each table would be variable so can't use sample tool in this.

You can use a multi-row to identify where the reports/tables start, and the rows included in each. Then filter on the value you want.
