1. shorten the width of my summarization.. one column is so big.. anyway to line it up with the text?

You can achieve this by the following setting.
Width - Decrease/Increase the size of the column
Alignment - Left/Right/Center

Depending on how your workflow is configured, you should be able to solve this using the column / table width in the Table and Layout tools:

Yes, it will be blanked out.
You need to click on the column name and it will enable for that specific column.

This is a little bit of a jenky fix, but I have often found that if you attach a text tool inputting a series of white space ' ' on either side of the table it will pad the table down to the corrected parameter.
