Table column with hyperlink not having borders

Hi All;

I'm frustrated.  Can't understand why my table column containing a hyperlink created with Report Text Tool does not display top, bottom or right borders despite setting borders in the Table Tool Style Editor...

Does anyone know how to fix this?
