Table Row Styling Rule

Hi Everyone,

 

I have a table that changes row count each week and I want my row rule to default to the bottom row no matter the row count.  Right now I have to go in and adjust my conditional row each time I run the workflow which is a bit of a hassle.  See the attached for what I currently have in the table tool.  Thanks for any advice.
