Table Column Rules

I have a workflow that has column rule that show the prefix and suffix options.

When I moved the table creation to a macro, the specific columns are not visible so the prefix and suffix options are not visible.

Is there a question based on that? Not sure what you want to know.

 

Might also help to attach the WF, if possible.
