Summarizing Stacked Data

Hi, 

I've tried to find an answer on here - but maybe overthinking this issue.  I have two sets of data stacked - with the common factor being the "Contract" and I want to summarize the data at the Contract level.  Using the Summarize tool doesn't seem to be working for me, but I may be approaching it wrong.  It seems like this should be pretty basic, but I'm still somewhat "new" to Alteryx.

Summarize should do the work.

Maybe your Team Hours columns are not numeric fields?

Thanks so much!  I had previously tried the Summarize tool, but wasn't working as expect.  I just ran the workflow and the hours now look correct across reporting.  Appreciate the help!
