Summarizing Data - Pivoting

Hi all,

 

this one is quite easy for you.

I have a dataset in the following format:

mcarvalho_0-1626990644278.png

I want to change it for this format:

mcarvalho_1-1626990683520.png

Any suggestions on how to do it? I tried through the Transpose but didn't figure it out.

The CrossTab tool should do the trick for you.
