Summarize tool does not list all rows grouped

Currently, I'm trying to concatenate a few rows into one row using the summarize tool. However, at a certain character, instead of listing the other rows, it replaces them with "...". It seems like as soon as the summarize tool gets to a certain character count, it cuts the rest of the rows off.  Below is what it looks like when I pasted into an excel file. I tried changing the data type to V_string, Vw_string, changing their size, etc. but to avail. 

  Any help fixing this issue would be much appreciated!

The results window only lists a preview of the data, so I'd expect this behavior if you copy out of there. What happens if you connect it to a proper output tool and export to excel? I'd expect the data is all there.
