Summarize if-condition meets

Hello,

I have below table

Company 1	1
Company 2	1
Company 1	2
Company 3	3
Company 1	4
Company 3	1
Company 2	1

And I like to display it in below format with one record for each company, and the number of occurrences of each number counted. IT is similar to countifs formula of Excel. How can I achieve this in Alteryx? 

	Count of 1	Count of 2	Count of 3	Count of 4
Company 1	1	0	0	1
Company 2	0	2	0	0
Company 3	1	0	1	0
