Summarize Tool: Error Message

Attached is the workflow and the input word doc file which i am trying to parse. Getting an error at Summarize tool that few records are not contained. But the inputs are properly fed to the tool. Not sure what i am missing here.

I figured out the solution. looks like long field name is the issue as summarize tool not able to recognize the fields
