Still send emails if workflow has error

Hello,

Is there a way to keep sending emails from a workflow that has an error? The "errors" in question are user set, they are set to provide an error if a unit is missing a report uploaded to our portal, or there is data that needs validation from the source. The sheet already existing is fine as that error will correct itself correct when running from the gallery and shows only because it was ran a few times in designer already prior to this screenshot.

There is an ability to run an Event for when a workflow "Runs with Errors" that could be a workaround to at least send an email of sorts when an error occurs.
