Hi everyone.
I want to split this data but one evseId have one (PowerType, price, priceType)
but some evseid have two type of (PowerType, price, priceType). I want to split data based on PowerType.

Also wanted to understand the data, can you explain how the output needs to be.
24253-1 has DC,AC
but the next line 3213-1,3213-1 has AC, AC
How it needs to be split please.
