You should use the Date column then - the String column will not work because of the sort. This chart makes sense to me based on the Dates you have that have a count value - all the zeroes are not showing so you might consider adding a value so they can be counted

If you want your date in order sort them with a Sort tool before the Interactive chart tool

Hi @JosephSerpis @alexnajm

Yes, already tried this one using the sort tool before the Chart tool however, it is not working. Can't understand why. I have used both date and string data type in the X-axis of the Chart tool and it wont sort by date. See my previous image or screenshots for the results.

HI @alexnajm @JosephSerpis

I have the zero values posted however, i change the color to black so it wont be seen. This also the same with the legend. You can see it because the color is black. Hope you could help me solve this puzzle.

@KamenRider using the Date value did sort correctly in your second screenshot, so I am not sure what output you are wanting to come! It shows the 17th, 19th, and 20th which are the ones that have a Rejects Count value

Hi @alexnajm ; @JosephSerpis

Yes it was able to sort the date however there are dates that is not part of my data like Nov 22 and Nov 23. I can't understand why there are dates that is not supposed to be included.

Hope you have a solution for this.

I don’t understand - I don’t see barbvalues for Nov 22 and 23 in your second screenshot provided. If you want them removed from the axis, a Filter before your Interactive Chart tool would probably be the way!

What is the expected output? Can you draw us a solution?

Hi @alexnajm ,

If you review the data below, you’ll notice that November 22 and 23 are missing because they fall on a Sunday and Saturday.

Data.PNG

However, the graph still shows November 22, and if I expand it, November 23 also appears. This does not match the actual data, since November 22 and 23 should not be present in the graph.

The output should accurately reflect the data and be presented in the correct order.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

That’s probably because the data you introduced includes dates up to 11/24 so it’ll try to fill in the axis since it’s a time series, regardless of the data. That’s why I think filtering those records out beforehand would work. Have you tried that yet?
