Simple Join not working for me

Hi everyone! 

 

I'm trying to do a simple join on two lists to get rid of state abbreviations and give me the written state names instead but nothing is joining. Wondering if anyone can take a look. When i run it, it doesn't join on anything..

You are doing the join with the wrong column

Please HQ State with State
