Simple Calculation

I'm not used to doing calculations on individual rows of data, more on the entire column. I used a summarize tool to count the number of Auto vs Manual runs, and now all I want to do is calculate a percentage. (Manual / Auto + Manual). This seems like a simply single cell calculation in Excel.
